Shipping Policy:

We totally understand the eagerness and excitement to receive your purchased products, hence we try and make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. Well, who likes to wait?

We try and make sure that

  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you in 15-20 working days from our warehouse.
  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs 6500/-
  • In case of prepaid orders, a Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs 6500/-
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, a Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 250/- will be applied to all orders below Rs.4500/-
  • There is an order limit of Rs. 4500/- for Cash on Delivery orders.

In spite of taking precautions, there may be certain hiccups to the otherwise smooth procedure.

In such a scenario, the company will ensure that communication of the delay or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time to the customer.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are dissatisfied with your garment fit or quality, and would like to return them, the following terms and conditions apply for the return procedure-

  • The customer will have to raise a return request from their Urban Suburban account, within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
  • The customer will have to log in into their account to return the product. Once logged in, click on the “Returns” option to proceed and follow the steps mentioned therein to initiate the procedure.
  • Once a request is received, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the return garments. Please note: The reverse pickup process takes 10-15 working days to be processed, since a third party delivery partner is involved.
  • The customer can also self-ship the products in cases where Reverse Pick- up may not apply. In case the customer chooses to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • In case of Self Shipped returns, the customer will be asked to share a copy of the courier receipt at info@urbansuburban.in. In this case, an amount up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s online wallet with Urban Suburban. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 
  • The customer will have to mention their details of name, address and phone number on the parcel before sending the courier out. 
  • The return process can be availed up to 2 times only, post which only size exchanges will be provided in the garment ordered.
  • For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The item should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted. 
  • Items on sale will not be applicable for returns or exchange / alteration.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Discount coupons/Reward points/Store credit will not be applicable for use on sale items or on items from brands other than Urban Suburban.
  • In case of a return, the amount paid for the garment, will be credited to the customer's e-wallet in their account, on www.urbansuburban.in after deducting the shipping/COD charges paid.
  • Only after the Quality Check of the garment is performed by our team, and the garment is found in proper condition, will the amount for the returned garment be reimbursed in the client’s online Urban Suburban e-wallet. The e-wallet credit will be available for use for 3 months from the date of issue. (We do not do cash refunds/bank account refunds)
  • Shipping Charges and COD charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snapshots at info@urbansuburban.in. Our representative will get in touch with you for the same.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Exchange policy:

If you are unhappy with your garment fit or quality, and would like to exchange it for another size, the following terms and conditions apply for the exchange procedure-

  • The customer will have to raise an exchange request from their Urban Suburban account, within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
  • The customer will have to log in into their account to exchange the product. Once logged in, click on the “Exchange” option to proceed and follow the steps mentioned therein to initiate the procedure.
  • The customer will have to self-ship the products within 48 hours after the return request is raised. The courier amount will be strictly borne by the customer and will be non-refundable. 
  • For self shipped returns, the customer may be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt at info@urbansuburban.in.
  • We also have a pick-service to facilitate the exchange. However, this service will be chargeable and non-refundable. 
  • In case of the pick-up service, a flat charge of Rs 150 will be applicable. The payment for the same will have to be done by the customer via Google Pay/ Paytm or Bank Transfer. Upon submitting the exchange request, please reach out to us on (+91)7874666699 or info@urbansuburban.in. Our team member will get in touch with you to help you out with the same. We will not be accepting any other mode of payments for the pick-up service.
  • We request you to please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

We are so  thrilled to announce that we are now shipping internationally. However, here are a few things that you should know before placing an international order. 

  • Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated automatically at checkout.
  • All our international orders will be shipped within 15-20 working days, however the delivery for the same will be subject to the courier company and customs process of the respective country.
  • Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the customer. Urban Suburban has no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
  • We will only be accepting prepaid orders for our international customers.
  • We currently do not provide any returns or exchange services on our international orders. 
  • Free shipping for international orders starts from 200 USD. 
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snapshots at info@urbansuburban.in. Our representative will get in touch with you for the same.

Night Suits Returns and Exchange Policy:

  • Night suits are not applicable for returns. Only size exchange would be possible for night suits from Urban Suburban

Cash on Delivery Policy:

  • The customer can avail the COD Service provided all the items in the cart are available for COD. 
  • COD will be applicable on all garments at Urban Suburban. This is subject to change at the discretion of Urban Suburban
  • The Pincodes are provided by our Delivery Partners. In order to be eligible for COD, the Pincode needs to be of a serviceable area, in absence of which other modes of payment can be used.
  • The Product bag cannot be opened without the payment for the item/items
  • Please do not accept your product bag if your bag is open or tampered with.
  • COD can only be availed for purchases up to Rs 4500, exceeding which other modes of payment will have to be used. 
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, a Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 250/- will be applied to all orders below Rs.4500/-
  • There is an order limit of Rs. 4500/- for Cash on Delivery orders.

Coupons/Store Credit/Reward Points Policy:

  • The “HEYGIRL10” coupon is exclusively available only on the order you place for the first time, with Urban Suburban. You will have to manually enter the coupon code, at the time of checkout. Failure to do so, will result in the expiry of the coupon for your future orders.
  • The coupon code "NEWBEE20" was only available for 24 hours and the garment purchased using the same will only be applicable for exchange.
  • Either a discount coupon or reward points (If any) or store credit can be applied per order.
  • Discount coupons/Reward Points/Store Credit is applicable for use only on products belonging to Urban Suburban.
  • Discount coupons cannot be used in case a store credit or reward points are being applied at checkout, on the order, and vice versa.
  • NOTE: All coupons/discount codes/reward points/store credit are applicable only on products belonging to Urban Suburban. Products of partner brands or products on sale are not applicable for discount/reward points/store credit use.

Terms and conditions while placing orders from Instagram and Whatsapp:

  • Customisation charges will be applicable for custom size garments.
  • Orders can definitely be placed via Instagram and whatsapp, however these orders will be prepaid only. 
  • COD cannot be availed on orders placed by our team members through Instagram or whatsapp
  • Orders placed via whatsapp/ Instagram cannot be merged with orders placed online. Shipping will be calculated and charged separately for Instagram and Whatsapp orders. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Urban Suburban reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Customisation charges: 

All our paper patterns are made for size 6 to 16. However, we can also custom make the size for you. Here are a few ways on how we can do this:

1) If you do not want to go for a standard size and want some minor modifications in our standard sizes, our customisation charges start from Rs 250. 

2) In cases where you want the entire garment to be customised as per your measurements, the charges would start from Rs 500 

3) We can only make custom garments for sizes smaller than 6 and bigger than 16. Our team member can assist you with the custom charges in this case 

A little note from us: *We are a start up and  are still working on getting our fittings right for these sizes and are a work in progress. Hopefully, we will have this sorted by next year. Fingers crossed”
