We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy. Please note that the return option is not applicable for personalized products.

Return of Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, we'll gladly accept returns as long as the item still has its tags attached. Simply contact our customer support team, and we'll guide you through the process of returning the damaged item.
Not Satisfied with the Product?
We want your child to be thrilled with their new Youmaa outfit. If for any reason your little one doesn't love the product, we accept returns for those items too. Please make sure the item still has its tags attached and invoice copy
Return Process
- Upon initiating a return request via email or phone, a pick-up is scheduled for the item within 5-7 OR 15 business days. After retrieval, the item undergoes quality checks at our warehouse.
- Upon passing inspection, a credit note is issued, valid for the next 6 months.
Amount to Be Credited to Youmaa Wallet
To expedite the return process, the amount for the returned item will be deposited into your Youmaa wallet. No cash refunds are given—After we receive the returned order, we will only issue a credit note within 45 days. You can use this credit within 90 days from the date of credit.
Items Ineligible for Return/Exchange:
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies, and accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
- Tampered serial number
- Defective products not covered under Seller/Manufacturer's warranty
- Used or altered products
- Request initiated after 14 business days of order delivery
- Free products provided by the brand
- Personalized products
Procedure for Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective item, or the wrong product:
- Log into your account and go to the 'My Account' section.
- Request a refund.
- We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days.
- Refund initiated upon receiving the products in original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
- No replacements are offered.

- Your purchase contract with Youmaa is for personal use only, not for resale.
- Orders depend on product availability and YOUMAA acceptance.
- Prices and availability may change; promotions may have restrictions.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; payment confirms the transaction.
- Certify that your payment method has sufficient funds; Gift Cards are debited on order placement.
- If a product is unavailable, we'll contact you for alternatives or cancellations.
Delivery
- Estimated delivery time-frames are subject to change.
- In case of damaged products or packaging, refuse delivery and contact us at customercare@youmaa.com.
- Report any delivery discrepancies within 2 days by calling Toll-Free Customer Care 9888890505 or emailing customercare@youmaa.com.
- All items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice per Indian Tax Regulations.
- *Note: Shipping charges of Rs 99/- apply for purchases below Rs 1500/-.
